Fast growing management and consultancy company the Cordovan Group further establish itself with the acquisition of London based digital media company Vision 360 Ltd. Vision 360 Ltd will be a part of the Cordovan Group and operate under the name Cordovan Ltd, with a vital role to play in the groups planned expansion across Europe.
Vision 360 is a future-thinking digital media company that works with new media technology. Amongst its client list are Marconi, Merck, Toshiba, Jansen-Cilag, ESAB, Grace Construction as well as various movie production companies. The purpose of the acquisition is to strengthen the Cordovan Group’s digital capabilities and its ability to provide, amongst other things, user generated content sites such as social networking platforms and interactive solutions for larger events and exhibitions.
The present Cordovan Ltd company already in the UK will merge together with Vision 360 to form the new Cordovan Ltd, to offer the market both digital and branding solutions. In its next phase it is planned that Cordovan Ltd will offer the full range of capabilities within the Cordovan Group – including those offered by Cordovan Marketing, Cordovan Academy, Cordovan Value Management and Cordovan Performance.
The total amount of employees in London will be 18. David Paul is appointed Chairman of the new Cordovan Ltd, Richard Lucas, the Managing Director and Brendan Mitchell will become Creative Director.

Whilst digital media marketing channels continue to grow vigorously, the traditional differences between different media will fade. This opens up new opportunities for an active dialogue between clients, partners and co-workers.
